I love working with both natural and man-made materials. I started out making found object jewelry from vintage collections of semi-precious gemstones and geodes. I would take apart vintage jewelry and mix it with natural gemstones, effectively making something completely new that people would stop and ask, "Where did you buy that?!"

The encouragment from others helped to open a world of creative possibilities and drive my passion to create wearable modern art from her unique arsenal of one-of-a-kind vintage chains (many that are no longer manufactured!) and natural gemstones. I believe that jewelry should be something mostly unique, something that can truly be treasured as a gift - even to oneself.

Now that I have moved from the Deep South (of the USA) to Europe, I have realized how much my collection of materials and new pieces to experiment and make into new jewelry, has grown. Using my hands and imagination, I hope to always continue providing beautiful modern jewelry to the world.
